My Story
Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always loved entrepreneurship and owning a business. I would sell lemonade on the street corner & candy to my classmates. When I was 14 I purchased my first drone. It was a mere toy which is still in a tree near my house (It was the wind). Over time I gained more experience, and quickly realized that drones were my passion. I decided to go all in and pursued the business full time after graduating high school in 2019.
My View Towards Life
Everyone has their own goals and dreams in life. However, most of us don’t think it’s feasible to achieve them. Considering that we only live once, why not try? I created The Drone Life because I wanted to have my hobby become my job. People of all ages have told me that I inspire them to take an initiative in their life as well, proving that it is possible to pursue one’s passion professionally. Who knew that just doing what makes you happy can have such an effect on others as well?
I don’t want to become rich or be famous, I simply want to be happy. The people I meet, and the satisfaction that my work is helping other businesses or individuals, is what keeps me going. What is truly important is the quality of life you live and whether you take the time to enjoy it.
I wanted to share my findings about entrepreneurship with kids so they can be inspired to follow their dreams as well. Now I’ve begun to interact at summer camps, schools, or STEM education events. I love how intrigued they become when I talk about drones or owning my own business at their age. Some have even made their own small businesses! My new mission is to start drone clubs at local schools where kids can build, code, and fly their creations.
