Stag Luncehon - Thursday, 2023-10-12 - Joe Dickson and his experiences at Nike

There will be a social starting with the cash bar at 12:00 noon followed by lunch at 12:45 P.M.

Our speaker will be Joe Dickson from the Eastern Foot Core Group. Joe was the developer of the original Jordan Sneaker, which is now a valuable collector’s item. He will speak on

MEN’S FOOTWEAR-IN PARTICULAR THE MICHAEL JORDAN SNEAKERS, AND HOW THEY DEVELOPED SUCH A HIGH $$$$ DEMAND.

First Course:

Soup: Navy Bean; with Warm Rolls & Butter.

Main Course selections are:

1. Brennan Steak (chopped Sirloin with Mushroom Gravy) with Smashed Potatoes + Honey Toasted Almond Haricot Verts.

2. Breast of Chicken with Dijon Wild Mushroom Sauce with Smashed Potatoes + Honey Toasted Almond Haricot Verts.

3. Crispy Eggplant Parmesan with Pasta + Honey Toasted Almond Haricot Verts.

4. Caesar Salad, with House Smoked Salmon, Complete.
